We want you to love your vintage gear, but we also know that sometimes a flapper dress might not fit just right, or those platform shoes might not be your sole-mate. That’s why we’ve got a clear and groovy policy for shipping and returns. Dig in!

Shipping Information

We ship our retro-tastic costumes and accessories globally (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas).

Order Processing: Once you place your order, our team of time-traveling tailors needs 1-2 business days to carefully inspect, pack, and prepare your items for their journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Cost: $12.95): We ship via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse. Now that’s far out!

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its path through the space-time continuum.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your items. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Costume makeup and face paints
  • Any intimate apparel or hosiery (this includes our totally rad 80’s Leg Warmers)
  • Earrings and other body jewelry
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or is damaged (beyond the usual vintage vibes!)
All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to get your return or exchange rolling:

  1. Contact Us: Email our fabulous customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Don’t ship anything back until you hear from us!
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

  4. Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our HQ.

Refunds and Credits

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds: We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for a different size or item, we will ship the new item to you via your original shipping method once the return is processed. There’s no extra shipping charge for exchanges, though price differences may apply.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
