  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after leaving our warehouse

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on factors beyond our control like customs processing.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your vintage gear! If something isn’t right, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your items.

Non-returnable items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Costume makeup and face paints
  • Intimate apparel or hosiery (including our 80’s Leg Warmers)
  • Earrings and other body jewelry
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
